About Area

From Park Hill, Downtown Denver is just a 10 minute drive west. Many of Denver’s favorite attractions, such as the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science and the Botanic Gardens are nearby. I-70 is just 10 minutes north, and provides a direct route to the airport. City Park boarders Park Hill to the west, providing a huge, aesthetic landscape.

Colorado’s endless outdoor recreation options are some of the biggest reasons to move to Denver. After all, there’s a reason Denver made our list of the best cities in Colorado to live. Snow bunnies can hit the slopes at nearby resorts in the winter and hike the same mountains in the summer. Plus, there’s white water rafting, hot springs, hiking, and zip lines nearby. Take a pedal boat across Smith Lake in Washington Park, hike the Mile High Trail at City Park, or kayak the man-made chutes in Confluence Park, just minutes from downtown and less than 5 miles from our community.

The Cherry Creek Bike Path boasts 40 paved miles of scenery, starting in Downtown Denver and continuing into one of Denver’s best neighborhoods, the eponymous Cheery Creek. The Denver Botanic Gardens are beautiful any time of year, as is the Rocky Mountain National Park, which is a few hours away but well worth the drive!
